Porch Poinsettias

 ~ porch poinsettias ~
Okay, this is a dreadful photo with a dreadful background but, trust me, I'm doing the best I can with what my plate is holding right now. You get the idea...faux...ahem, la dee da, fake poinsettias tarted up in a pot, tied with floral paper and bow, stuffed into the back porch planters resulting in a bright spot of color. It does work, especially at night with all the candles, folks dressed up...and not like Eskimos... and ready to come into the house for good Christmas cheer. I'm not a fan of fake flowers but really. In our harsh winters, that spot of color on either side of the porch entrance looks quite nice. I just can't bring myself to kill real flowers by placing them in the frigid cold but these will stay until the company Christmas party and then be put back in their plastic bag and stored in the garden shed until next year.

Ho Ho Ho.

Blessings ~ bright, beautiful color ~

Merry Christmas,
Sandra
