  10. You asked on my blog what I'm doing for my arm pain. The answer is not much. It's just below the elbow so it affects everything I do with that arm. Frustrating. I've tried some ointments with white willow bark, but nothing seems to work at the present. If you have any ideas, I would love to hear them!
