  4. I love to read all your quotes. They are so appropriate for the day. Do you know I must forgive myself at least a dozen times a week!!! Thank God I know how to do that. Hugs, LJ

  6. You made it hard to choose a favorite! The Mark Twain quote made me chuckle, and I really love the Lincoln one, too. Lots of good ones!

  7. I also love that Lincoln quote. The thought of a mother's prayers clinging to one... I hope my prayers hang on to my children that way.

  8. Hello Sandra!
    Lovely mother-y quotes today!
I think the songs that come out of our mouths when we rock a baby are holy. Babies don't complain. I think we need lullabies, too. I remember singing to myself as much as the babies.

  11. I am so very thankful for my mother, she is a wonderful, kind, intelligent and loving mother. I am so blessed to have her in my life. I hope that you have been well. Are things coming back together after the pipes bursting? Have Spring arrived and perhaps you are getting a little rest from the long winter?
