Good Morning. I love the Matthew 11:28 verse. Cool enough to have our windows open this a.m. Nice while it lasts! God bless you, Sandra.
ReplyDeleteOh dear, Sandra - does the focus on weariness mean you are feeling as worn out as I am? The idea of running without growing weary - or, in my case, running at all! - is beautiful, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteThe Lincoln article is fascinating - thank you for providing the link.
Thank you for your faithful Sunday posts! They are a blessing- xo Diana
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you.
ReplyDeleteSummer heat has arrived here in my neck of the woods.
Looking forward to this week! May you have a super one.
I really like the first scripture verse that you have shared.
It encourages me that waiting on the Lord will bear blessed things and I need all the blessings I can get!
Also stretching out our arms to the redeemer!!! Love it.

oh friend - hope your weariness is relieved by some R&R.
ReplyDeleteLike the Lincoln quote - may be time for some upheaval in the status quo - viable third party anyone?
The first Bible verse and the last are favorites of mine and of course the Dag Hammarskjold caught my eye especially. Great encouragement there to me as I'm trying to focus on physical and spiritual health this month, and not give in to the fact that I turned 70 and have some health problems.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Please put my daughter Kristin Winters Fishman on your prayer list she is very sick in the hospital. She needs prayers something is wrong with her pancreas. Thank you for your help.
