A Flask of Wine, a Book of Verse - and Thou
Beside me singing in the Wilderness -
And Wilderness is Paradise now."

"Here is bread which strengthens man's heart, and is therefore called the staff of life." ~ Matthew Henry ~

  2. Hi Sandra, I like all your quotes and Scripture that you have shared. It really made me smile to stop by. We have had non stop rain and cold weather. We need the moisture but it is very cold. It is good to see you here. Have a wonderful week and I have enjoyed stopping by.Take care.

  3. Your quote by Chan above is, I think, one of the real keys to the Christian's life, but so few understand it. We're asked to trust God for tomorrow, all of it, and think only of today. And yet ... the same Jesus who told us to ask for bread for today only, also told us we would never hunger or thirst -- never, ever -- if we believe in him. So there's a guarantee for all the tomorrows too, which is just so odd. Thanks for all this.
